Stellenbeschreibung
As Project Engineer (m/f/d) Electrical, Minerals & Mining you take over the following tasks:
- You draft and design electrical and automation system components for special machines
- You support colleagues and other departments in sales questions, power supply engineering, drive solutions, automation solutions, PLC programming, on-site commissioning and site acceptance tests
- You collaborate with mechanical design teams to develop functional solutions for complex automation tasks
- You take over electrical design tasks and provide solutions through individual engineering or by purchasing external solutions
- You create technical specifications for sub suppliers and carry out acceptance tests
- You supervise your scope of supply in worldwide projects and support the integration of your scope into complex systems
- You advise customers on questions related to your scope of supply, carry out troubleshooting and propose upgrades for systems with potential for optimization
- You travel to customer sites to consult on automation solutions and perform commissioning and troubleshooting tasks
Qualifikationen
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or technician qualification in electrical engineering or automation, along with multiple years of work experience in an electrical or automation-related role
- You possess knowledge in S7 PLC programming and are proficient in standard office applications, EPlan knowledge and additional system skills are welcome
- You possess drive control knowledge
- You have the ability to combine complex individual systems into an overall concept
- You demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in automated systems
- You work well in a team, are self-motivated and open to travel
- You possess good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- You are adaptable to new technologies and methodologies in a rapidly evolving field
- You have English skills at a B2 level
