职位描述
工作内容:
1. 现场文档处理: 处理、整理、归档技术文件、维修报告、工作单等文书。
2. 数据记录与更新:准确录入和更新现场设备维修、维保记录及相关数据。
3. 基础报告制作: 协助整理维修数据,准备简单统计报表(如维修次数、备件消耗基础记录)。
4. 备件记录支持:协助录入和管理备件入库/出库信息,参与库存盘点与记录核对。
5. 报价方案协助: 收集整理项目报价所需基础资料(设备清单、图片等),协助准备报价文件。
6. 日常沟通协调:协助现场团队与相关人员沟通,处理基础事务性工作。
职位要求
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历。
2. 有文员、助理类工作经验者优先,接受优秀应届生。
3. 熟练操作电脑和办公软件(Word, Excel 必需)。
4. 良好的英文读写沟通能力。
5. 做事认真、细心、有条理。
6. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
