Job Description

As Operator, orders & requests with French, you are part of the customer service team within BIC's shared service center in Sofia and are responsible for:

  • Managing key orders accurately and on time following internal procedures and agreed service level targets
  • Being first point of contact for BIC's B2B customers under scope via email and phone
  • Handling cases and customer order claims, acknowledging and resolving complaints
  • Processing and following up on customer inquiries related to your scope
  • Monitoring performance and taking appropriate actions to achieve BIC business targets

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a Shared Services environment for a global company is required
  • Advanced English and Advanced French
  • Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus
  • Excel knowledge is an advantage
  • Customer service orientation and attention to details
  • Ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure
