This role is a work-from-home, remote position.
Our Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports our business by driving a high quality experience for our users and their gift-givers. We love our users. We treat them like rock stars. Great customer service is center-line to our business. Our customer services ranges from answering questions about our service and website to helping older gift-givers place their first online order. We are quick to get on the phone with our users.
This role is hourly and will begin as a part-time opportunity (likely 15-20 hours a week) with the opportunity to grow based on performance and business needs. The hours need to be spread out over 3 times a day/5 days a week (for example 9-10am, 1-2pm, 4-5pm) so will fit well for someone who is doing other freelancing. This will let us respond to customer requests quickly.
High School or equivalent education
High energy and positive in nature
Outstanding communication and listening skills
Knowledge of basic computer operations
Reliable with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills including creative and logical thinking
Multi tasking and comfort with ambiguity a must
Previous experience in customer service
Knowledge of help desk software
