After the opening of Milan, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin and Aberdeen we need someone who can assist our amazing crew in order for them to focus their energy on the guests!

We therefor search for energetic, motivated and structured people to join our fun and spirited central team. Together with Marriott International we offer you the opportunity to work with a leading hospitality company with great opportunities for training and career development.

Moxy Crew Supporter - Handles customer inquiries, emails, invoice enquiries and any other help that is needed from the crew at the different Moxy hotels.

You will work closely with the teams at the hotels in order to support them in order for them to focus on the guests. You need to have strong communication skills, be structured, service minded and have an understanding of hotel operations.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED; 1 years’ experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area

2. Fluent command in English and German – written and spoken.

3. Knowledge of the daily operations in a hotel.

4. Team player

Additional Information

This role is performed on a Monday – Friday basis with day and evening shifts.
