This position’s primary focus will be on the implementation of software, educating clinical and non-clinical staff on the application. Utilizing approved instructional design methodologies and develop training programs in conjunction with IT and clinical leadership teams.  He/she will deliver both group and one-on-one education sessions in classroomsand at the practice sites. This role will evolve to support other clinicalsystems implementation projects already in the planning stages.
