• Theoverall goal of this post is to work together with other CCCoordinator and Technical Officer on a managed time
• CheckTechnicians' attendance and ensure their proper and timely dispatchbased on schedule. Otherwise make immediate adjustment. Notifyconcerned Department as soon as possible for action being taken
• Attendto any administrative concerns of Technicians/problems affectingtheir work/deployment for the day
• Have15 minutes short meeting with SC Staff (SCC and TSE) for anyconcerns and/or targets for the day/week
• Checkall Daily Accomplishment Report (DAR) of Techs versus DailySchedule/Daily Work Assignment of Technician versus DailySchedule/Daily Work Assignment.
• CallTechnician attention. Identify reason for unaccomplished ticket forthe day. Together with Supervisor, find ways to accomplish target.
• Receivenew items for repair or for checking from receiving area based on CCPOR with complete label and documents, and update SC inventoryspreadsheet
• Receiveany in house request for SC checking or repair (must have JO if notcustomer item)
• Receiveand check repaired items from Production (tanks)
• Receiveand check spare-parts issued by FS based on picklist or FSIS
• Markthem on the FR for identification of SCC if parts are complete perFR/FSR/ticket for scheduling purposes
• Labelall parts and store them in parts storage area for issue based onTechnicians' schedule
• Check/callField work Technicians if accomplished job is according to schedule
• Check/approachin-house technicians if accomplished job is according to schedule
• Checkovertime filed submitted by Technicians or by SC Coordinator
• CheckFR/FSR from Technical Support Engineer/SC Manager for knowledge ofany finding before it is submitted to CCC to be ready for anyqueries
• Checkitem inventory spreadsheet update in the morning. Identify ticketsthat area nearly or outside SLA and find solution for its immediatecompletion
• Ensuretheir completeness and accuracy for Department's performancereporting (KPI) – technician daily accomplishment report, overtimesummary report, daily allowance report, attendance report, etc
• Checkitem inventory by status and prepare for tomorrow's in-houseschedule
• Helpplan field tickets allocation, change shift, items and materials andprepare Technicians' allowance
• Checkrequest for change shift for the final Technician schedule
• Putnotation on request for overtime or change schedule for the finalapproval of PM
• Readsemails anytime within the day. Reply/acknowledge accordingly
• Consolidateall identified KPI reports
• Performother functions as deemed necessary
• Inter-departmentalcoordination to see through from survey request, execution andaccomplishment including pricing, materials and customercommunication

a.Receive request for survey from Sales (outlet/Dealer)

b.Plan and schedule surveys

c.Gather information from surveyors, draft BOM and send it togetherwith MPI, and come up with production recommendation options forapproval

d.Process pricing and quotation to customers

e.Ensure complete materials availability in line with planned jobsiteschedule

Essential:

• College graduate with a degree in Engineering
• Graduateof any Engineering Course
• Withbackground in survey and material proposal and cost estimation
• Withknowledge on water supply system is desirable but not required

Desirable:

• Previous experience of customer invoicing
• Exposure to manufacturing and/or engineering environment
• Previous experience in customer service
• Exposure to ticketing systems and financial transaction processes
