• Perform proactive and reactive repairs and maintenance to process and auxiliary equipment.

• Recommends minor changes in mechanism or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.

• Adjusts, calibrates, aligns, and modifies mechanism and components and records effects on unit performance.

• Monitors newly installed equipment to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.

• Assists in writing operational manuals and procedures relating to the operation and maintaining of 

 Company equipment mechanically or electro-mechanical pneumatically.

• Troubleshoot, repair and contribute improvements to all in-house industrial controls, etc., and performs preventive maintenance functions to such equipment

• Communication: ensure reporting and visual communication systems are updated regularly and accurately. 

• Communicate clearly and concisely to shift members, peers and management.

• Safety: maintain a safe working environment by upholding Company health, safety and environmental 

• policies; responds promptly to unsafe conditions and other safety issues identified by safety.

• Perform other functions as deem necessary.

Essential:        

• Position requires the knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and applications normally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or equivalent educational.
• Training (TESDA) and actual experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have an understanding of mechanical control systems, and related functions.
• Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
• Must have knowledge of and be able to build mechanical and pneumatic components. 
• Must be able to troubleshoot very basic electrical and electronic components. 
• Drivers License with at least restriction no. 1 is a must, can drive motrocycle (manual / automatic).
• Willing to do field works and in house installations and services       

Desirable:

• Engineering graduates (mechanical or electrical)
• Exposure to generators, control panels and compressors
• Previous experience in servicing water heaters, tanks, motors and pumps 
• Exposure to different types of testing and installation equipments
