•  Manage and operate all nursing related activities within the business including accident and emergencies
•  Maintain the accident log book in coordination with department supervisor and management team
•  Manage the HMO service to direct staff
• Ensure adequate supplies of approved medicines and carry out periodic checks on suitability of medical supplies within the business
• Provide clinical consultation with staff as and when required and in coordination with management
• Comply with any government mandated health and safety checks in coordination with management
• Manage and coordinate health and safety with 3rd part suppliers, namely canteen services
• Drive all lifestyle campaigns as part of corporate and social responsibility
• Administrate support for all facilities and maintenance concerns where applicable
• Contribute to the effective management of the staff monthly meetings agenda and presentation materials

Qualifications:

Essential

•  At least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Nursing or equivalent 3rd level qualification
• Passed the Nursing Board and currently holds a registered license to practice renewed within the last 3 years
•  Strong English written and verbal communication skills as well as competent verbal and written Tagalog.
•  At least one years experience in nursing

Desirable

•  Experience working within a manufacturing environment
•  Experience dealing with both male and female patients
•  Experience in dealing with health and safety issues and occupational health and safety
• Previous general administrative experience within a company
