Job Description
Bethel University College of Professional Studies has an In-House Recruiter position available at its Jackson, TN campus.
The In-House Recruiter will follow up with leads from various conferences, job fairs, events, information sessions, etc.; communicate with all unresponsive prospects; manage partnership follow-up and maintain record of events and prospect conversions in order to increase student enrollment; This position will facilitate and develop internal and external partnerships and have the ability to create and implement new recruitment strategies to assist in the continued growth of all degree programs. Some, weekend and evening work may be required. Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum of two years of customer service, sales, recruitment, higher education and project management or related experience in a fast past work environment preferred; Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and relationship-building skills; Ability to work independently, as well as with other colleagues; Aptitude for detail-oriented tasks and time management; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Technology; Excellent phone communication skills and Call-Center experience preferred.
