Gathering, organizing and documenting business user requirements

Designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements.

Maintaining an in-depth understanding of all our business processes and requirements as it relates to configuring SAP ECC 6.0 and its integration with rest of the SAP components

Resolving day-to-day user system support issues related to system functionality, performance, efficiency, and availability of production systems within area of responsibility.

Participating in the research and evaluation of appropriate software products being considered for acquisition

Define and/or contribute in the definition of detailed project plans, schedules with task level details to obtain approval and track progress against the same

Help perform and/or participate in application functional design, review and audits

Day-to-day maintenance of production application systems

Developing functional documentation of IS and business needs

Participating in Disaster Recovery testing to help ensure business continuance

At the request of management and team leads, provide coaching and review work performed by other staff members




Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills

Enjoy working within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic

Industry background and understanding of Sales and Distribution business processes

Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP

Completion of a Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A) or equivalent experience

Have experience in configuring SAP ECC 6.0 Sales Distribution (SD) and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), export compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)

Have demonstrated experienced as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects

Have worked on projects using Accelerated SAP methodology for implementations

Prior work experience in Latin America and/or additional language skills such as Spanish or Portuguese will be advantageous
