We’re seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team. This role will work & support a major client located in Switzerland for a multi-year project.

• Develop & Define World Class Architecture and Design
• Specify, propose and present innovative solutions and lead high-quality end-to-end OSS solution architecture and design
• Prototype, evaluate and recommend the most suitable platform
• Keep Refactoring principles going as we evolve on architecture and design
• Collaborate closely with development team and designers to generate ideas and creative solutions to problems
• Review all critical functionality & test code. Help Teams in removing bottlenecks
• Be customers’ advocate and leverage the internal teams to meet customers’ expectations and satisfaction

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT preferred
• 1+ Experience is must in designing solution for B2B and Platforms using open source frameworks & databases
• 1+ Experience is must in MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL DB)
• 1+ Experience is must in these technologies: AngularJS, MeteorJS, JavaScript, jQuery, Node JS
• Good working knowledge of these programming language: AngularJS, MeteorJS, JavaScript, jQuery, Node JS, MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL DB) etc.
• Ability to find solutions in a short timeframe with the highest degree of reuse and quality.
• Experience driving the growth of technical skills within the team & Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
