Job Description

Reporting to the VP Sales, this position requires you to build, manage and motivate a sales team including sales reps, account managers and media planners (3-6 people). At the same time you must lead the way by establishing partnerships with key brands, promoters, venues and industry players. As a truly international ticketing player with a tech savvy entrepreneurial team, we have unique opportunity to blow the competition out of the water.

In the last 2 years we have grown from 4000 - 20.000 organisers, hosting more than 50,000 events and 1m members in now 7 countries. Every year we are launching new markets and we are looking someone to join the executive ranks and take our Swedish operations to the next level.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and lead a 3-6 person sales team in Stockholm
  • Develop and implement local sales & brand strategy
  • Develop brand and media partnerships
  • Daily management of sales & operations
  • Country Manager & Director responsibilities
  • Position Billetto as the leading event media player in SE

Qualifications

  • Strong network in the media and events industry
  • +5 years of experience in the media, telco or events industry
  • +5 years of sales management experience
  • Experience with sales targets and Salesforce
  • Creative, driven, independent and self-motivating character
  • Excellent communicator and motivator
