We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining our automated end-to-end testing infrastructure for our 4 platforms: apps on Android and iOS, plus mobile and desktop web. This means setting up new tools to support our end-to-end automated testing strategy and developing tests and scenarios to optimally increase regression and acceptance tests coverage. It also means integrating these tests into the continuous build and deployment process, allowing our tools to be used and adopted by developers and QA Specialists.

You will also belong to the larger Tech Group, a talented crew of developers spread across the organization in agile teams with whom you can share core skills and knowledge.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Providing innovative solutions that allow us to scale and improve our testing workflow;
• Increasing automated end-to-end test coverage, on both mobile apps and web;
• Efficiently maintaining existing tools to take into account product changes;
• Integrating our solutions into our continuous delivery process to push it to the next level and decrease the time-to-market of new features;
• Reducing the time spent by all our fellow colleagues (QA specialists, Product Managers, Software Engineers, etc.) on repetitive manual tests and enabling them to focus on high value tasks.

What you will need to be successful:

• Intimate awareness of software quality assurance challenges of today;
• A strong software engineering background and experience with test automation solutions (such as Selenium, Appium, Behat, Mocha, xUnit or other testing frameworks);
• Ability to start a project from scratch with few guidelines;
• Broad practical experience with and deep understanding of web and mobile technologies;
• Great oral and written communication skills;
• Discipline, rigor, and comfort in learning complex products;
• Natural curiosity about how things work, and instinct for how they might break;
• Be humble, motivated by innovation, and a relentless doer;
• Be passionate about working as part of a team and learning from skilled colleagues;
• Excellent proficiency in English (Polish is a plus).
