This ensures our members an enriching and trustworthy experience. The Member Relations Team is answering questions and requests in 30 different languages, everyday and 7 days a week.

The International Member Relations team is regularly looking for talented people to work on the following main fields of activity:

  • Moderation of customer exchanges
  • Moderation of content (profile pictures, vehicle pictures)
  • Responding to our members (we offer a 100% response service)
  • Processing complaints and claims

Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
  • Full proficiency in French and additional languages is a plus
  • Passionate commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Proven ability to prioritise busy workloads
  • Solid knowledge of the Internet sector
  • Dynamic and hardworking personality
  • Extensive experience using the service, as a driver, a passenger or both, is an advantage
