What you will contribute to

As a Product Manager, you will bring together engineers, designers, and departments from around the company to make our products more useful, efficient and delightful. This ranges from adapting our service to new markets and to building new tools to support our fast-growing member base, through to and launching new features to make ridesharing as effortless and pleasant as possible. You will be the internal champion for your product area and will drive innovation to achieve our business objectives and satisfy our users.

As the Product Lead of your team, you will be responsible for all aspects of product management: defining vision and strategy, roadmap planning, problem solving with cross-functional stakeholders, translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, as well as building features with engineers, rolling them out and measuring their impact.

What you will need to be successful:

• 2+ years experience in digital product management, independently driving vision and roadmaps for your product line.
• Entrepreneurial, creative and analytically -focused mindset.
• Highly technical mind that can break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Natural leadership, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Humility, passion, sense of humor and action-oriented attitude.
• Great understanding and empathy for BlaBlaCar users.
• English is your day-to-day working language.
• Bachelor's degree from a top business or engineering school.
