Google Advertising makes an important part of Blablacar marketing mix. As a Global SEM Expert you will lead the strategy, management and optimization of our AdWords campaigns for several countries in the World. Your main mission will be to grow the AdWords marketing channel across the different countries while remaining capital efficient and aligned with the company objectives. You will be responsible for all the Google Advertising suite (Search, GDN, Admob, Youtube) and we expect you to be not only an expert, but also a fan of the Google Advertising products!

What you will directly contribute to

• Planning, managing, evaluating and optimizing AdWords campaigns several countries
• Day-to-day optimization of SEM campaigns in several countries
• Testing new Google beta features across the countries you manage.
• Coordinating the SEM activity with the local marketing teams: discussing objectives, budgets, performance and localization of campaigns.
• Coordinating with the Central Expertise team, Google Account Managers and other SEM specialists to apply best practices and new features.
• Participating in global marketing projects

What you will need to be successful

• Digital marketing experience is a must
  
• Strong analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel, structured approach to work
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• Additional language skills are a plus 
• Interest in and familiarity with other online marketing channels
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
