What you will directly contribute to

• Strategy: articulating a clear vision at senior level on how can data assets be leveraged to benefit the company.
• Evangelization: developing a strong data culture throughout the organization.
• Research: seeking out best practices and innovative data usage, both within and outside the company.
• Execution: ensuring the delivery of data science and analytics exploration projects with proven value under high quality standards.
• Support: advising teams on how to address their data challenges and issue clear guidelines.
• People: managing talents (acquisition, retention) in the team and the development path of individuals.
  

What you will need to be successful

• Ability to translate data & technological research into strategic advantages;
• A strong ability to hire and retain data scientists, analysts and engineers;
• Strong track record of delivering innovative data projects with tangible results;
• High-energy, humble, structured, organized, motivated by innovation and a relentless leader;
• Enjoy working as a team-player, quickly adapting to a fast-paced work environment and learning from others while being fun & serious;
• Excellent proficiency in French and in English.
