As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in increasing the awareness and sales of BlaBlaSure. You will help by finding new acquisition channels, finding the best creative assets, setting-up campaigns and tracking their performance. You will also contribute to the promotion of other insurance products proposed by BlaBlaCar.

What you will directly contribute to:

Reporting to the Insurance Manager of BlaBlaSure, your main mission is to support the insurance team by handling the following topics:

  • Defining, setting up and running marketing campaigns
  • Design and adapt Sales messages par channel and segment
  • Collecting, formatting and analysing marketing KPIs to measure performance
  • Participating in the development of new projects
  • Contributing to market research

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful :

  • Minimum 3 years of previous work experience (internships included)
  • Experience in creating & launching online marketing campaigns (min. 12 months)  
  • Familiar with online marketing metrics (CAC, CPC, etc.) and business models
  • Strong analytical & data driven skills (A/B tests, statistics…)
  • Full proficiency in Excel - proficiency in data visualization & manipulation tools (Tableau, SQL) would be a real plus
  • Willingness to innovate via new channels testing & implementation
  • Strong business sense
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines
  • Insurance experience is a strong plus but not mandatory
