What you will directly contribute to:

  • Identify, prioritize and measure real user problems;

  • Imagine and build smart, scalable and consistent experiences to improve long-distance transport experiences;

  • Understand, reframe and optimize solutions for business needs;

  • Act as the user advocate within a small cross-functional team (product managers, developers, data analysts, designers), from early exploration to final implementation;

  • Collaborate and infuse user centricity beyond the product organisation;

  • Manage, inspire, and drive the work of other designers.

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • 5-8+ years of hands on user experience design

  • Previous experience in managing designers (or burning desire to learn how to)

  • Deep appreciation for elegant and thoughtful design

  • A love for every UX touch point from pixels, to micro interaction, content and research

  • Team-player mindset, comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary team

  • Humility, structure, passion, sense of humor, and action-oriented attitude

  • Fluency in English
