BlaBlaCar is looking for a Recruiter to join its team. BlaBlaCar is the global ridesharing leader and is growing at an outstanding pace. The company culture is exceedingly international, shaped by twenty-four different nationalities.

The profiles that the recruiter will be mostly looking for are: new hires for the Member Relations Team, Communications Team and Product Team.

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. Primary responsibilities will include contacting and screening qualified candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database. Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements (description, salary, timing, expectations, etc), develop and manage strong consultative relationships with them.
• Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post on job boards.
• Develop position-specific screening questionnaires
• Develop appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Educate hiring managers on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process
• Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Provide reporting and regular status updates.
• Solicit referrals from potential talent.
• Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, technical schools, ...

• Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments (i.e. more that one organization, agency or corporate).
• 2 years of corporate recruiting experience mandatory.
• Bac+5
• Fluent in English and a good knowledge of French
• PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects or in teams (as team lead or as a member of a team); share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback.
• Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST.
• Good sense of humor.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, the ability to build relationships and good communication skills. The Recruiter will be groomed to assist in development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes, while working closely with our management team.
