You will join the Moscow office and report to the Country Manager Russia. Your main mission will be to define and execute strategies to drive traffic to the Russian BlaBlaCar website and to raise brand awareness.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Finding and building new online acquisition channels through partnerships with other websites
• Building, launching and monitoring online marketing campaigns
• Spotting and building strategic partnerships with local actors
• Working on the business model of BlaBlaCar in Russia

• Experience in online marketing campaigns (3 years minimum)
• Must be familiar with online marketing metrics (CPC, CPL etc…) and business models
• Strong data and analytical skills required
• Good presentation and negotiation skills required
• Full proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
• Fluent in English
• International work or study experience a significant advantage
• Engineering or Business school degree (Master’s level) 
• Russian mother tongue
