The Tech team is currently bootstrapping a second development team in Warsaw. We are looking for an experienced Tech leader that has the experience (e.g. CTO of smaller companies, VP Engineering or Senior Manager), charisma and will to help build a new team, with dozens of Tech people in the long run.

Your medium to long term mission will be (just like for the Paris’ based Tech Managers) to accompany the team as a Scrum Master, manage its members and keep on recruiting to make the team stronger. You will continuously remove obstacles and anticipate blockers to make our developers' lives easier, ensuring that our iterative development cycles run smooth. Together with the developers and technologies like PHP/Symfony2, ElasticSearch or RabbitMQ you will help serving our huge community, our members will be your boss.

In a nutshell, your mission will be to help build the team and build the platform.

Besides a natural obsession for managing web projects in a modern fashion (you are a leader/coach and not a boss), you also have a solid knowledge of building i18ned applications and tools. You worked for years within agile processes. You are an independant, communicative, high-energy leader and have a strong experience with managing/leading developers. Being a team player by nature you are ready to quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment within a growing team, while being fun & serious.

Last but not least you should have a favourite beer, a solid choice that you can explain and defend equally good in English and Polish, even after several of them.
