Job Description

BlaBlaCar is a trust based community and providing the best experience to our members requires a constant control on the contents and behaviors on the platform.
Attached to the Member Relations team, you will be in charge of monitoring all possible fraudulent activities on the website,improving all our detection tools and handle official requests or litigious cases.
You will also report to the Financial Department

Missions:

  • Monitoring of transactions made on the website
  • Monitoring of fraudulent and reprehensible behaviors
  • Methods documentation and tools improvement
  • Legal requests treatment and answers to the authorities
  • Chargeback Treatment and Recovery
  • Financial Reporting

Qualifications

  • Master or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent French and English required, a third language would also be an asset
  • Rigor, insight, patience, tenacity, attention to detail
  • Dynamism, curiosity, creativity, source of proposals
  • Web culture and e-commerce knowledge
  • Good computer skills

Additional Information

  •     Start: ASAP
  •     Contract: Long term contract (CDI) - 39H/week
  •     Salary: According to profile and experience
  •     Position: Based in Paris
