Job Description

You will be in charge of the development of our business efforts in France and Benelux, and will report to the Country Manager. Your mission will be to develop BlaBlaCar's partnerships in the region. You will be a member of the France & Benelux Team in Paris where you will join a skilled and motivated team, which goal is to support BlaBlaCar's growth. As such, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit.

 Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, qualify and seek out all appropriate opportunities on the market
  • Sourcing new partners to explore those opportunities (internet-based or traditional businesses) 
  • Implementing signed partnerships (product, communication, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with our current and future partners
  • Sharing operation results across countries and teams
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis


Qualifications

  • Master's degree and business background  
  • Experience in partnership, account or key account management (3-4 years minimum)
  • Knowledge in the web and mobile industry (3-4 years minimum)
  • Familiar with online marketing metrics and business models
  • International and remote work experience - ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
  • Creative, proactive, taking initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomatic skills
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Full proficiency in Excel
  • Native French, Fluent English
  • Online marketing and/or TV marketing experience is a significant advantage
  • Strong product & technical knowledge is a significant advantage
