Job Description

The International Member Relations Team is regularly looking for talented people to work on the following main fields of activity:

  • Moderation of member exchanges
  • Moderation of content (profile pictures, vehicle pictures, trips...)
  • Responding to our members (we offer a 100% response service)
  • Processing complaints and claims
  • Communicate feedback to the tech team

Qualifications

Skills & Experience required 

  • Spoken and written English
  • Spoken and written German
  • Good understanding of French also an asset
  • Passsionate commitment to excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to prioritise busy workloads
  • Solid knowledge of the Internet sector
  • Dynamic and hardworking
  • Extensive experience using the service, as a driver, a passenger or both, is an advantage

  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Place: Paris (no remote working)
  • Contract: Long-term contract (CDI)
  • Salary : According to profile and experience
