Job Description

As an HR Assistant you will be joining the Great Admin Team in Paris. You’ll be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, who’s goal it is to support, structure and anticipate BlaBlaCar's growth. As such, the role requires a sharp and rigorous mind.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative follow-up of new employees (receiving documents, uploading new files into the software, …)
  • Follow-up of the current team (collecting variable payroll elements - absences, balances…, uploading the payslips, answering social questions, organising annual medical check-up, declaring secondments abroad, etc.)
  • Updating follow-up forms

Qualifications

  • Bac+2 with an HR specialization
  • Strong sense of confidentiality
  • Experience 2-3 years minimum
  • Rigorous and organised
  • Ability to work autonomously with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
  • Fluent in English, French and if possible an additional European language 
  • International work or study experience is a significant advantage
  • Perfect spelling
  • Fun and Serious :)
