Job Description

As an HR Assistant Intern you will be joining the Great Admin Team in Paris. You’ll be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to support, structure and anticipate BlaBlaCar's growth. As such, the role requires a sharp and rigorous mind.

Responsibilities will include:
•    Assist the People Admin Team in Administrative follow-up for new employees & current team (receiving documents, uploading new files into the software, preparing contracts, …),
•    Participate in the monthly payroll preparation collecting variable elements, time off balances, etc,
•    Contribute to motivating HR projects according to profile and involvement.


Qualifications

•    Master 2 (Bac+5) with HR specialization
•    Previous experience in Payrolls and People Administration needed
•    Strong sense of confidentiality
•    Rigorous and organised
•    Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
•    Fluent in English, French and if possible an additional European language
•    Perfect spelling
•    Fun and Serious :)


Additional Information

Start: As soon as possible !

Place: in our HQ in Paris

Contract: 6 months internship with permanent hiring perspective

Salary: 1000€ gross / month
