Job Description

We’re hiring an Office Manager to join our BlaBlaCar team in London. You will source and manage our next office space in a central London location, whilst providing support for our daily administrative tasks. You will join a dynamic team within an ever-scaling company that now boasts 300 employees across 18 countries worldwide. 


Your tasks shall include:

  • Sourcing a new London office. 
  • Managing all of the office organisation, including admin, budget and office supplies.
  • Administrative and organisational support for the team.
  • Scheduling and organisation of appointments, trips and meetings.
  • Management of our London flat for visiting employees. 
  • Welcoming new employees and visitors.
  • Support with the logistics of organising and planning events.  

Qualifications

  • A few years of professional experience as an Assistant and/or Office Manager in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Great team-work attitude. 
  • Impeccable organisational skills.
  • Experienced use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • IT knowledge (for example, you can fix our Wi-Fi router).
  • Mother-tongue English, with French as a plus.
