As the Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of our (existing) partnerships in France, and will report to the Country Manager. You will join a skilled and driven motivated team, whose goal is to support BlaBlaCar exciting growth. As such, the role requires a sharp and analytical mind as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. 

What you will directly contribute to

• Building strong relationships with our main current partners: TOTAL, VINCI Autoroutes, AXA, and Boursorama Banque.
• Analyzing partnerships’ performance and optimizing outcomes (through product, marketing, etc.).
• Leveraging our partners’ assets to improve the value proposition of our service.
• Sourcing new partners (internet-based or traditional businesses)
• Conducting market research and competitive landscape analysis
• Sharing results across countries and teams

• Master's degree and business background 
• 3-5 years of work experience in consulting, partnership, or key account management
• Ability to interact at high-level and nurture trusted relationships with business partners
• Strong data and analytical skills
• Creativity, self-starter, and excellent negotiations and diplomatic skills
• Proactive, hard-working and solution oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Full proficiency in Excel
• Native level of French, fluent in English, other languages a plus
• Strong product & technical knowledge is a significant plus
