To fulfill this ambition, we are building a dedicated and highly-motivated team. Based in Paris, the insurance team is part of the New Business Team, which is in charge of strategic partnerships & international expansion. As business analyst, you will empower the team with data-driven insights and structured analyses to scale, improve and develop the insurance offer for our members.

What you will directly contribute to:

• Building the reporting and monitoring of the whole insurance activity
• Analyzing the value and impact of insurance for our members
• Preparing key meetings reviewing the performance of the partnership
• Defining with the team the evolution of our insurance offer

• Degree from a major Engineering or Business school
• Minimum 1 year experience in an analyst role (preferably in the insurance industry)
• Complete mastery over Excel (Tableau or other data visualization tool knowledge is a plus)
• Strong data and analytical skills
• Strong interest for insurance related topics
• Strong business sense and problem solving skills
• Ability to be both in the detail and step back to see the bigger picture
• Entrepreneurial and proactive with the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Be humble, structured, organized motivated by innovation and a relentless doer
• Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
• Excellent proficiency in English
