As a Junior Marketing Manager you will play a key role in increasing the awareness and adoption of BlaBlaCar in the Benelux. As a part of the Benelux team based in Amsterdam, you will help finding new acquisition channels, negotiating with providers, setting-up campaigns and tracking their performance. You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar's growth. Thus, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to think and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to get the current ones to be as efficient as possible.

What you will directly contribute to 

• Defining, setting up and running online marketing campaigns (Facebook, google) 
• Managing partnerships 
• Collecting, formatting and analyzing marketing KPIs to measure performance 
• Sharing best practices with other marketing teams
• Analyzing, defining and managing product marketing evolution
• Participating in the development of new projects
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Customer journeys optimization

• Maximum 1 year of work experience (internships included),
• Experience in online marketing campaigns (minimum 6 months)
• Familiar with online marketing metrics (CPC, CPL etc…) and business models
• Strong data and analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Full proficiency in Excel
• Native level in Dutch and fluent English (French is a significant advantage)
• Rigorous and organised
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• International work or study experience is a significant advantage
