We are looking for a technical knowledge lead who brings exceptional technical and communication skills to identify technical knowledge needs, prepare knowledge units and guide people through the learning process.

Today we have over 100 engineers, with half a dozen new joiners every month. Your primary focus is to improve technical onboarding for our new colleagues and to provide continuous learning for the entire team. You will achieve this by creating learning content to cover current and future technologies & techniques, moving from passive to active learning by providing theory, practice & consolidation with asynchronous & automated exercises.

The key responsibility for this role is to lead and shape this learning effort, a crucial part for every ambitious engineering team. You will be reporting directly to Head of Engineering, the learning process’ success will be measured and continuously refined to match people's needs.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with engineering managers to provide the needed learning
• Work with our experts to create consistent learning content
• Eventually run workshops and learning units yourself
• Continuously advocate and improve technical learning
• Work from our Paris office while occasionally visiting the team in Warsaw
• Play a key role in strategic learning decisions

Who you are:

• You have an engineering background and a passion for understanding things
• You care about helping people develop their skills
• You have a deep understanding of communication and coaching
• You are not afraid of trying new things
• You are fluent in English plus you speak French and/or Polish
• You are a positive and energized person
