Job Description

Basic understanding of windows7/win7.

Basic understanding of ms office products (excel,word,power point etc).

Basic understanding of network concepts.

Basic understanding of AD.

Basic understanding of troubleshooting of mobile devices.

Exceptional communication and customer handling skills.
