Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and highly self-motivated Associate Sales Professional to join our growing team. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in a leading edge healthcare technology company, then we want to work with you. As a Sales team member, you will directly impact revenue generation and overall company success.
This role will primarily consist of working closely with senior sales leaders in researching potential clients, deepening existing leads, managing the CRM, executing early-stage sales processes, and analyzing, reporting on, and improving the sales processes. In addition, you’ll get to contribute to other areas of sales enablement such as activity analysis, sales reporting, and industry benchmarking. Qualifications
In this position you will have the following competencies:
Develop proficiency and knowledge of Blockit’s solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needs
Determines and articulates customers’ buying criteria and ties them to solution
Possesses negotiation skills to profitably direct and manage the customer relationship
Identifies best practices and lessons learned from other customers and shares insights with customers and Blockit
Able to work with customers to identify and resolve issues quickly and ensures organization addresses issues root cause
Collaboratively identifies priorities and develops solution recommendations with the customer based on expected outcomes
Identifies and considers innovative approaches to situations or problems
Ability to flex from one priority to another modeling senior employees
Accepts new or radical ideas with an open mind, embraces change
Demonstrates strong foundation of general business and healthcare industry fundamentals, measurement, and finance
Provides feedback to management on key product/solution pricing, delivery and service issues and considerations

Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner
Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in sales / marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years marketing, product and/or sales experience, preferably in a healthcare B2B environment
