Job Description

With the guidance of the Bluetube management team, the Project Coordinator executes Bluetube’s development and creative strategies to deliver projects on-time and of the highest quality. The job requires leadership, excellent time management skills, and the ability to drive a technical team through projects.  This position also includes client-facing roles requiring the ability to converse and message with clients to drive the success of the client's project.  Concise organization as well as professional communication and presentation are essential. 

The Bluetube Project Coordinator must be willing and skilled in a multitude of functions which are detailed below. The importance of each function will change depending on the specific needs of individual accounts or projects.  As such, the Project Coordinator is required to maintain a high level of competency in each area of responsibility.

General duties include the ability to:

  • Organize and effectively communicate the status of project deliverables, project deadlines, individual tasks, and time tracking responsibilities to your team members
  • Keeping track of your project’s scope and requirements
  • Work closely with the executive management team and communicate impediments to both the management and the client
  • Assist in writing client-facing documents and written communication
  • Organize development and creative resources between different projects
  • Have a good eye for details to prevent inconsistencies and errors in projects

Qualifications

Computer Skills

  • Effectively use a computer and all software provided by Bluetube. Examples include PowerPoint presentations, Bluetube internal time and project management software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
  • Ability to learn and work within our content management system and social media tools.

Communication Skills

  • Able to effectively communicate using professional language to all of our clients, both written and orally

Critical Thinking

  • Ability to adapt quickly and deliver out-of-the-box thinking on problems for projects
  • Ability to comprehend complex project scenarios and perform analysis of status

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
  • Prior work experience in Information Technology.
