We're looking for a an experienced web designer/front end developer to join our small, growing team. You'll participate in a fast paced startup while wearing several hats. First, you'll work with Boingnet customers to build beautiful, custom page and email templates and help build marketing campaigns that move the ROI needle. Second, you'll work with our internal marketing team to build out our digital and offline marketing footprint. Finally, you'll help shape the direction of the UI/UX of the Boingnet platform, enabling us to achieve our vision of lightweight marketing automation for small organizations. You'll work with our small startup team of passionate marketers and technologists to help build a world class startup here on Boston's South Shore.

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of responsive web and email design principles, a great ability to communicate directly with customers and a drive to work hard to create great marketing software. Adobe Creative Suite, Website and Landing Page Development and Email Template development vis HTML5/CSS3 required with JQuery/Bootstrap skills preferred. An understanding of digital and direct mail marketing campaigns will round out the ideal candidate.
