Job Description

REPOSTED: Fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growing benefits company seeking Client Relations Coordinator dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients and accurate coordination of benefits plans for a variety of clients. The right candidate must be able to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including the Client Relations Team, insurance providers, individual plan participants, and employers. Other responsibilities include assisting Client Relations Team by preparing plans, completing related clerical duties; maintaining and updating client files; assisting with special projects as needed.

Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of demonstrated work experience in a high-customer service oriented, professional office; be comfortable with a high degree of change and an entrepreneurial environment, and be able to adjust between working independently and as part of a services team.

Qualifications

2-3 years work experience in a customer service position

Experience in the L&H insurance industry desired
