REPOSTED! We are a family-owned and operated small business located on the west side of Columbus seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team and help us grow. This position is a key position in our office and the ideal candidate will be highly engaged for the long-term in helping us continue to provide award-winning customer service to our loyal customers, efficient routing assistance for our technicians, and internal support for business initiatives.

The Office Administrator will need to have excellent telephone customer service skills; be adept at addressing customer concerns and handling emotional exchanges, while following a carefully developed product protocol; and calmly manage a changing schedule and competing priorities. This position is also responsible for completing daily administrative tasks including coordinating incoming mail and invoices, maintaining office supplies, entering information into the computer, organizing and maintaining files, and assisting the General Manager as needed.


Candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills, experience in a similar position, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multi-task and maintain a positive, productive attitude. This position reports directly to the General Manager and is full-time, Monday through Friday. The company offers a competitive wage and benefits package.
