This is an exciting time of growth for our Company and we are looking to hire permanent Full Time District Managers to drive sales of our products in select Target Retail locations Nationwide, including California and New York.
As a District Manager, you will inspire, motivate and manage schedules for Boots Beauty Advisors located in 25+ stores within your District. Beauty Advisors serve as trusted experts by providing customers with personalized, detailed information about our products. Through product demonstrations, they inspire and recommend our products, building brand awareness and an enhanced in-store customer experience. In this role, you will also maximize sales and profits through management of budgets, sales leadership, training and development, and execution of operational standards.
The ideal candidate is a high energy, self-motivated, go-getter with a proven track record of success managing multiple retail stores and multiple direct reports. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of sales management experience with 3 years managing multiples retail stores. Familiarity with the skin care and cosmetics industry is a plus. Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules--including days, evenings and mandatory weekends--and must be willing to be out in the field 75% of the time.
