Job Description

The District Sales Manager on the front line for field sales activities-building preferred partnerships for Bosch Power Tools, measuring tools, accessories & rotary tools with existing and new distribution to drive sale growth. Leadership skills are a key component to help drive the local team to their objectives. The DSM position will:

-Create and implement a strategic district sales plan including growth strategies

-Create & execute marketing programs and promotions in your territory. Leverage corporate resources to ensure the customer base has the knowledge to drive the product portfolio

-Set up and manage pro-market events and special marketing/sales events to support local and key accounts with their sales efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing and 3-5 years of industry sales (Hardware, Tools, Building Supplies) experience. Familiarity with the industrial sales channel
