Job Description

Regency Hotel Miami is looking for a Front Desk/night auditor relief,

The candidate will cover the two day off for the night auditor, mostly Friday and Saturday and will have Sunday and Monday off (with one weekend of a month),

The rest of the week (3 days) will work as a front desk agent.

The position is a full time job.

Qualifications

We are looking for the following qualifications:

Full bilingual, Spanish and English.

Previous Sales, customer service experience, hospitality experience is a must.

Flexible schedules (day, nights and weekends)

Good and formal appearance.

Exceptional guest service and utilize service brand behavior when completing the requirements of the position.

Full knowledge of computer programs,  world, excel, power point and outlook.

Someone that provides personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.

Someone who listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.

Someone who Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.

Additional Information

Salary: U$10.00 x hour.
