Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing energetic individual who is able to serve food and beverage to guests in a timely fashion ensuring excellent guest service.

The candidate must be flexible in their availability, being able to work holidays and weekends if necessary.

*Hotel experience and strong customer service experience required. 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide the highest quality of service to guest at all times and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
  • Perform food preparation and display food as directed. Replenish everything during breakfast hours. Consistently spot check food to make sure it meets quality standards.
  • Communicate properly and effectively with guests, associate, managers. Effectively respond to guests complaints.
  • Attend work time as scheduled and adhere to attendance policy

Candidate must be:

  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Friendly and excited to work with a team
  • Candidate MUST pass DRUG TEST and BACKGROUND CHECK

Qualifications

Must be able to work weekends - holidays

Excellence in customer service experience 

Physical Requirements:

  • ·         Must be able to work at least 8 hours standing, bending, walking, climbing and stretching due the nature of the job.
  • ·         Must be able to lift, carry and move up 40 pounds of force.
  • ·         Must be able to speak and hear to communicate with co-workers and guests
