BoutiqueHospitality Management is a dynamic, fast paced hotel management firm that iscurrently developing a restaurant in the Miami airport market. We are seeking aproject manager intern to oversee the preopening actives and coordinate withcompany executives, owners and contractors alike.  The ultimate objective is producing a firstclass restaurant.

Thisposition will oversee the minor construction, as well as, FF&E purchasingand installation for the restaurant. This position will communicate and coordinate with the hotel departmentheads for delivers, integration, and interruptions of services to the hotel asa result of the restaurant development. We are looking for someone to work on site at the project.  This would position would support thePresident with project and pre-opening activities. 

Job Description

Night Auditors and desk agents areresponsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guestservice during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion oftheir stay. However, the realm of responsibilities will extend beyond that of atypical front desk agent.  This allows the Guest Service Agent to expandtheir skill sets and work in a fast paced environment with new challengesdaily.

Primary responsibilities include:

Registering guests, making andmodifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. candidate mustpossess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstandingcustomer service to our guests. Also must have the ability to multi-task, bedetail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal withinternal and external customers as well as closing the nights operations /night audits procedures.

Duties

Must have a flexible schedule,Friday and Saturday night audit shifts are mandatory

•be responsible for accurate checkin and checkout of all hotel guests

•collect payments and post in thesystem

•utilize proper telephone etiquettewhen answering phones

•utilize proper telephone etiquettewhen answering phones, amenities and surrounding area to guest inquiries

•will attend department meetings asnecessary

•perform shift audit at completionof shift *Night Auditor Only

•perform cashiering duties utilizingMSI for hotel store purchases

•follow safety and securityprocedures

•communicate as necessary with otherDepartments

•understands and apply emergencyprocedures

Qualifications

Requirements

•  High school diploma orequivalent required

•  Basic computer skills(Microsoft Office/Internet use)

•  Ability to communicateclearly (verbal & written).

•  Organizational skills arerequired

•  Should be able to multitaskand should have the ability to resolve customer service issues

•  Concierge /knowledgepreferred

•  Previous hotel / customerservice experience required

-Must be fully bilingual Spanishand English.


Additional Information

 Pay rate for this Job is $11.00/hr. Negotiable.
