Job Description

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the European Sales Executive (ESE) maximises the sales of the company's products & services within the French market  He/ She will not only manage current relationships in France but will also be tasked with generating and qualifying new leads, negotiating and closing deals.  Working from the London office the ESE will be required to travel to France regularly for meetings and industry events.

Summary of essential job functions

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.

  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.

  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

  • Meet goals and manage pipeline and forecasting.

  • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions as a result of in market knowledge.

  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.

  • Feeding future buying trends back to direct reports.

  • Work closely with Technical Account manager to develop and grow long term relationships

  • Become a Ambassador for Interactive video and Brainients suite of products

  • Attend relevant industry functions

Qualifications

Minimum requirements

  • University degree

  • 1 years experience in a relevant position – Online or Video sales in the French market preferably

  • Excellent English and French

  • Strong computer skills

Not required, but highly valued and appreciated:

  • Any extra courses/ preparations for managing sales

  • Some technical knowledge is highly appreciated (both delivery and analytics)

Abilities required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Very good analytical mind, with some creative flair

  • To be a “people person”

  • Very organized person, able to manage multiple accounts
