Provides Level 1 and Level 2 support. Helpdesk needs include phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support. Responsibilities include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies, to maximize productivity and minimize system downtime. Assists with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and software.


Job Requirements
Previous helpdesk support experience.
Experience working with ticketing system.

We are advancing the development of a robust product portfolio with the objective to meet current needs in surgical procedures which would benefit all stakeholders, including patients, surgeons, and hospitals. Our robotic surgical system, currently under development, comprises a surgeon controlled robotic platform that includes a 3D vision system and interactive instruments for performing MIS procedures, and a surgeon workstation that provides the surgeon with an interface to the robotic platform for controlling the interactive instruments and providing a 3D endoscopic view of inside a patient's body during MIS procedures.
