Our firm provides general business legal services to clients in various industries, including telecom and technology.

Senior Associate position.  $90K salary.  This is a full-time position with health and 401K benefits.  We are not looking to hire someone whose goal is to be a partner or make a huge salary – the salary will be fair but will not be comparable to what larger firms pay.  Rather, this is more of a high quality-of-life job with no minimum billable hours requirement and no night or weekend work.  The perfect candidate would be someone who is tired of working in a high-pressure environment and wants a solid job in a very pleasant office.

At least 5 years of experience to help in the following areas: (1) reviewing, revising and negotiating various types of contracts, such as master service agreements, sales agency agreements, loan agreements, distribution contracts, vendor agreements, etc.; (2) drafting and negotiating business agreements, such as software licenses, marketing contracts, employment contracts, wholesale agreements, fiber leases/swaps and cloud service agreements; and (3) assisting with various types of business transactions, such as acquisitions, restructurings, equity investments, debt financings, lease facilities, strategic partnerships, etc.
