How we do everything else:
For fun we illustrate and write children's books and zombie comics, paint in oils and gouache, photograph all sorts of stuff, occasionally construct origami, sometimes restore furniture, rebuild vintage cars and customize Nerf guns. Someone down in PR is working on his second novel. We play a mean game of billiards, hunt small game, bike competitively, read Dickens and Tolstoy, brew beer, collect wine, braise wild boar, take our kids to watch the Phils and we wrap it all up with pickup happy hours in the bar we built in the storage closet outside of Marc Brownstein's office.

The Technology Director leads the technological aspect of the agency. This person partners with Creative, Account and Project Management, PR, and Strategy to integrate digital strategy, process, and execution.
The Technology Director would lead the Technology Department at the agency — what we lovingly refer to as the “Zune Hut.” You would be responsible for said department's vision, structure, and management. As such, leadership, accountability, and mentorship are central to this gig. In addition, you would oversee the development process — ensuring creative excellence and successful execution.
Also, are you up on the latest coding kung fu? Good, because you would also be expected to discover, understand, and promote fab new techniques and technologies that will make a difference for both clients and the shop.
Lastly, the Technology Director would be expected to help evolve the department from a new business perspective and integrate it into the agency's overall growth strategies.
• 8+ years digital marketing, web development, and UX/UI experience
• Understanding of the development life cycle and the ability to interpret programming
• Ability to analyze and make strategic recommendations given a set of creative requirements
• Advanced experience across multiple digital media and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical and digital strategy execution experience required
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Proven leadership ability within digital and technology teams
• Agency experience a plus
