Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Help Desk Associate to support and technical assistance to BIH staff who are using software, hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to their computers. requirements

As post holder, you are responsible for the tasks such as but not limited to the following:

  • Manages acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization’s Local Area network hardware/software and office equipment
  •  Installs, configures and troubleshoots Microsoft windows OS and MS Office and other necessary software’s
  • Facilitates staff members by ensuring efficiency of hardware and software and other IT related matter.
  • Manages and troubleshoot PABX Telephone System
  • Manages and troubleshoot the CCTV camera’s and NVR
  • Provides & implement Audio/Video Conferencing Solution
  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Running reports to analyses common complaints and problems
  • Maintain user complaints logs
  • Communicate Effectively to help BIH medical and non-medical staff to fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for staff to make changes and fix problems
  • To manage necessary installation and updates of software

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science or Bachelor's in IT 

Experience: 1 - 2 years of practical experience with Network Repairs and Analysis & must have strong grip on CCTV system

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems.
  • Familiarity with PC Hardware and Software.
  • Can be work in different shifts if required
  • Knowledge of Computer Repairs and how to Troubleshoot Problems and Specific Knowledge of other required Computer Systems for different work environments.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills

Additional Information

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000
