Job Description

The Project Manager (PM) maintains the project plans for assigned clients. 

• Each Project Manager will work closely with a Business Development Manager on 1-2 primary accounts and multiple secondary accounts.

• Working with Business Development Manager to proactively assess, clarify, and validate project needs on an ongoing basis gather requirements, execute delivery and provide ongoing client platform support

• Track and report on project milestones and provide status updates to internal stakeholders

• Maintain client project plans while adhering to established timelines and ensuring projects and deliverables are provided within schedule, budget and quality standards. 

• Confirm project expectations with team members and internal stakeholders, attend and participate in regularly scheduled status meetings from pre-launch through program launch, and ongoing programs.

• Meet strategic project objectives as defined by the Business Development Manager. 

• Responsible for ROI data metric reporting projects including and analysis based on requirements from Business Development Manager.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, etc.

• Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

• Represent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of the company to stakeholders by handling business in a respectful and professional demeanor.

• Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure client satisfaction and problem resolution.

• May require up to 10% travel annually




Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Experience in managing technology solution projects, SaaS experience highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 

• 2-4 years of experience working in Project/Product/Program Management.

• Experience in recognition/incentives environment, highly desirable. 


Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization in a positive manner.

• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to formulate and implement project plans, project timelines and budgets.

• Gives clear direction to the project team about client needs, expectations, and business rules.

• Master communicator: written, verbal, interpersonal

• High proficiency in presenting ROI to clients.

• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong detail orientation and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in a deadline driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
